Tabata Gymnastics GHD Machine

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of GHD Sit-ups
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
Perform as many GHD Sit-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your total reps for each round and aim to maintain or increase your reps throughout the workout. Make sure to scale the movement if needed to maintain proper form and prevent injury.
