  • 10 seconds of rest
  • 20 seconds of Mountain Climbers

  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total. Score is the total number of reps completed for both Double-Unders and Mountain Climbers.
