  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest:
    • Slam Ball Over the Shoulder

Skill Focus: Explosiveness and power in the hip hinge movement while picking up and throwing the slam ball.


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of the slam ball over the shoulder movement in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on explosiveness and power in the hip hinge movement to generate maximum force when picking up and throwing the slam ball.
