Tabata Skill Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Slam Ball Over Shoulder
    2. Burpees
    3. Double Unders
    4. Air Squats

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
- Complete each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving to the next movement.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is total reps completed across all movements.
