Tabata Skill Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each exercise:
    • Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder
    • Burpees
    • Box Jumps
    • Double Unders

Equipment:
- Slam Ball (Choose a challenging weight)
- Box for Box Jumps


Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between exercises. Push yourself to go all out during each 20-second work period.
