Tabata Skill Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
  • Slam Ball Over the Shoulder
  • Burpees

Skill Emphasis: Focus on explosive power and endurance with the Slam Ball Over the Shoulder movement.


Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible during the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete all 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. Keep track of your total reps for each movement.


Notes: Choose a challenging weight for the slam ball that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Push yourself to keep up the intensity for all 8 rounds of each movement.
