Tabata Weightlifting SkiErg

Tabata:


  • SkiErg (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) x 8 rounds
  • Dumbbell Thrusters (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) x 8 rounds

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire Tabata.


Notes: Alternate between the SkiErg and Dumbbell Thrusters for a total of 16 rounds. Push yourself to work at maximum intensity during each 20-second work interval.
