Tabata Weightlifting SkiErg

Tabata:


  • SkiErg for 20 seconds
  • Rest for 10 seconds

Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.


Weightlifting:


  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 10 Hang Power Cleans
  • 10 Push Jerks

Instructions:
Perform the Tabata intervals on the SkiErg, pushing hard for 20 seconds and then resting for 10 seconds. Immediately following the Tabata, complete the weightlifting portion of the workout. Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout all the rounds. Rest as needed between sets, aiming to complete the weightlifting portion with minimal rest.
