Tabata Weightlifting SkiErg

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):
- SkiErg Calories
- Power Snatches (75/55 lbs)


Instructions:
- Alternate between SkiErg Calories and Power Snatches for each Tabata round.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
- Choose a weight for the Power Snatches that allows for quick, unbroken sets during the work intervals.
- Push hard on the SkiErg to maximize calorie output during each 20 second work period.
