- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each of the following:
1. SkiErg Calories
2. Double Unders
3. Handstand Push-ups
4. Air Squats
Score: Total reps completed across all movements.
Notes: Rotate through the movements in order, aiming to work at a high intensity during each 20-second interval. Rest for 1 minute between each movement. Adjust movements as needed based on skill level.
