Ergonomic Tabata Test // Thursday - 2025.11.20
Tabata Skill SkiErgTabata:
- SkiErg
- Skill work of choice (e.g. double unders, handstand push-ups, muscle-ups)
Instructions:
- Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest on the SkiErg.
- After completing each round on the SkiErg, spend the rest period working on a skill of your choice.
- Choose a skill that you want to improve on or practice, and focus on quality movement during the rest intervals.
- Aim to push yourself on the SkiErg intervals while using the skill work as active recovery.
- Total workout time will be 16 minutes including both the SkiErg and skill work.
