Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest at each station:
    1. SkiErg
    2. Double-unders
    3. Handstand push-ups
    4. Box jumps

Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next station.
- Complete 8 rounds at each station before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed across all movements.
- Push yourself during the work intervals and try to maintain consistent effort throughout the workout.
