Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest on the SkiErg, alternating with 8 rounds of 20 seconds of Handstand Hold followed by 10 seconds of rest. Aim to maintain consistent effort on the SkiErg and hold a solid handstand position throughout each interval.

This workout will test your endurance on the SkiErg while incorporating a challenging skill element with the handstand hold. Focus on breathing and pacing yourself on the SkiErg, and practice kicking up into a stable handstand hold to maximize your efforts.
