Instructions:
Complete the row before moving on to the deadlifts. Choose a weight that allows for unbroken sets on the deadlifts and hang power cleans. Jump onto the box facing forward for the box jumps and perform a burpee before each box jump over. Push the pace and aim to finish under the time cap.
