- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
- 10 Rope Climbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Notes: Scale the Handstand Push-ups to Handstand Push-up Holds or Dumbbell Shoulder Press if needed. Scale the Rope Climbs to Rope Pull-ups or Ring Rows if necessary. This workout will test both cardiovascular endurance and upper body strength. Good luck!
