AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 500 Meter Row
  • 20 Burpees
  • 400 Meter Run

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, alternating between the rower, burpees, and running. Keep a steady pace to maintain endurance throughout the workout.
