Notes: Make sure to pace yourself on the rower to maintain energy for the bodyweight movements. Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or hand-release push-ups as needed. Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary. Choose a box height that challenges you but allows for quick, consistent reps.
