AMRAP Weightlifting Rower

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 500 meter Row
  • 10 Power Snatches (95/65 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Keep a steady pace on the rower to conserve energy for the other movements. Scale weights as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
