AMRAP Weightlifting RowerAMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 500 meter Row
- 10 Power Snatches (95/65 lbs)
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
- 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Keep a steady pace on the rower to conserve energy for the other movements. Scale weights as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
