AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 500m SkiErg
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses.
- Scale toes-to-bar to knee raises or hanging knee raises if needed.
