AMRAP Weightlifting Rower

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 500 meter Row
  • 10 Deadlifts (#225 / #155)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20")

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Keep a steady pace on the rower to conserve energy for the deadlifts and box jumps. Focus on proper form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
