  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Air Squats

Notes:
- Start each round with 10 SkiErg calories, then move on to the bodyweight movements.
- Scale push-ups to knee push-ups or incline push-ups as needed.
- Keep a steady pace on the SkiErg to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
