Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Max Effort SkiErg
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment:
- SkiErg


Instructions:
Perform as many meters as possible on the SkiErg during each 20-second interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining a strong and consistent effort throughout each interval.
