- Minute 2: 10 Handstand Push-ups

Notes: This workout will challenge both your cardiovascular endurance on the rower and your upper body strength with the handstand push-ups. Make sure to pace yourself on the rower to be able to hit the handstand push-ups each minute. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the EMOM.
