EMOM Weightlifting SkiErgEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs) + 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even minutes: 15/12 Calorie SkiErg
Notes:
- The goal is to complete the deadlifts and toes-to-bar within the minute, then rest the remaining time before starting the SkiErg.
- Scale the weight and reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
