Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of SkiErg
    • 10 seconds of rest

Weightlifting:
- 5 sets of 5 reps Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)


Instructions:
Alternate between SkiErg intervals and Deadlift sets for a total of 8 rounds. Rest as needed between sets. Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout the workout.
