Tabata Weightlifting Rower

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for each movement
- 1 minute rest between movements


Movements:
1. Row (Calories)
2. Power Snatch (75/55 lbs)


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort rowing followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Rest 1 minute, then move on to 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort power snatches followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Score is total calories rowed and total reps of power snatches.
- Push yourself during the work intervals and maintain good form throughout.
