Tabata Weightlifting RowerTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
- Alternating between:
- Weighted Deadlifts (95/65 lbs)
- Rower (Calories)
Instructions:
Perform as many reps of weighted deadlifts as possible in 20 seconds, then immediately transition to the rower and row for calories for the next 20 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total reps of deadlifts + total calories rowed.
