- 15 Box Jumps (24"/20")
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the prescribed work. Scale weights and box height as needed to maintain intensity throughout the duration of the workout. Focus on consistent pacing on the SkiErg to keep heart rate elevated.
