AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 500m SkiErg
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-bar

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
- Scale handstand push-ups and toes-to-bar as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Focus on pacing on the SkiErg to maintain consistency throughout the AMRAP.
