Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort on the SkiErg
    • 10 seconds of rest

Strength Focus:
- After completing all 8 rounds, perform 3 sets of 8-10 reps of Deadlifts at a challenging weight


Instructions:
- Push yourself to go all out on the SkiErg during the work intervals
- Focus on maintaining good form and technique during the Deadlifts
- Rest as needed between sets of Deadlifts to ensure proper recovery
- Scale the weight of the Deadlifts as needed to maintain good form throughout the sets.
