Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Back Squats
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Barbell
- Squat Rack


Barbell Weight: 75% of 1-rep max
Instructions: Perform as many Back Squats as possible in 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, then repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form and depth throughout each round.
