Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Scale the rope climbs to rope pull-ups as needed. Choose a challenging weight for the dumbbell thrusters that allows you to complete the reps with good form. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize your endurance.
