Tabata Intervals (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) x 8 rounds each:


  1. Stationary Bike
  2. Handstand Push-ups
  3. Toes-to-Bar

Score: Total reps completed across all rounds


Notes: Alternate between the three movements for a total of 8 rounds each. Push the intensity during the work intervals and aim to maintain consistent reps throughout. Rest as needed between movements to ensure proper form.
