  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)

  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Scale the weight and movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace on the SkiErg to challenge both endurance and strength.
