EMOM Strength Rope

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Kettlebell Swings + 10 Box Jumps
- Even minutes: 10 Push Press + 10 Burpees


Equipment:
- Kettlebell
- Box


Notes:
- Choose a challenging weight for the kettlebell and push press that allows you to complete the reps with good form.
- Scale the box height as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
