AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Rope Climbs
  • 20 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 40 Russian Kettlebell Swings

Equipment:
- Rope
- Dumbbells
- Box
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Scale the weight and height as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on pacing and breathing to sustain your effort.
