Chipper For Time:


  • 50 Double Unders
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Swings
  • 20 Push Press (with Resistance Band)
  • 10 Deadlifts

Weightlifting: Use a barbell for the Push Press and Deadlifts, choose a challenging weight.


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
