AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 400m Run
  • 15 Deadlifts (#225/#155)
  • 12 Toes-to-Bar
  • 9 Box Jumps (24/20")

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. The run should be completed at a challenging pace to keep the intensity high throughout the workout. Scale the weight and movements as needed to maintain proper form.
