  • 50 Wall Balls
  • 40 Box Jumps
  • 30 Toes to Bar
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches
  • 10 Deadlifts

Equipment: Wall Ball, Box, Dumbbells
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Choose a challenging weight for the Dumbbell Snatches and Deadlifts to test your strength endurance. Push through the fatigue and keep moving to finish under the time cap.
