AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups as needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to challenge your endurance.
