  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 30 Air Squats
  • 40 Double Unders

Notes:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Scale the pull-ups to jumping pull-ups or ring rows if needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize endurance.
