Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:
    • Power Snatches
    • Box Jumps
    • Assault Bike
    • Burpees

Equipment:
- Barbell for Power Snatches
- Box for Box Jumps
- Assault Bike


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement. Repeat for 8 rounds total. Score is total reps completed across all movements.
