AMRAP Weightlifting Resistance Band

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 25 Double-unders

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the prescribed movements. Use a resistance band for assistance on the pull-ups if needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to challenge your endurance.
