Tabata Skill Bench

Tabata:
- Bench Press
- Box Jumps
- Double Unders
- Handstand Holds


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) per movement. Rest 1 minute between movements. Score is the total number of reps completed across all movements.


Equipment:
- Bench for Bench Press
- Box for Box Jumps
- Jump rope for Double Unders
- Wall for Handstand Holds


Notes:
Choose a weight for the Bench Press that allows for consistent movement throughout the Tabata intervals. Scale Box Jumps to step-ups if needed. Modify Double Unders to single unders or jumping jacks as necessary. For Handstand Holds, aim for consistent time upside down each round.
