- Minute 1: 15 Dumbbell Thrusters
- Minute 2: 12 Toes-to-Bar

Notes:
Complete the prescribed reps within each minute and use the remaining time to rest before the next minute starts. Adjust the weight of the dumbbells as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
