EMOM Weightlifting GHD Machine

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Deadlifts
- 5 GHD Sit-Ups


Barbell: #225 / #155


Instructions: Perform 5 deadlifts and 5 GHD sit-ups at the start of every minute for a total of 20 minutes. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Focus on pacing yourself to sustain the workload for the entire duration of the EMOM.
