AMRAP Cardio Rope

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 200 meter Run
  • 15 Rope Climbs
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 15 Burpees

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
- Scale the number of rope climbs as needed.
- Choose a box height that challenges you but allows for continuous movement.
- Push the pace on the runs to maximize rounds completed.
