Tabata Strength SkiErg

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of SkiErg
  • Strength Focus: Perform a heavy deadlift between each round

Instructions:
Set up your SkiErg machine and choose a challenging resistance level. For each round of Tabata, push yourself to the max for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. In between each round, perform a heavy deadlift for strength work. Focus on form and technique to prevent injury. This workout will test your endurance and strength simultaneously. Have fun and push yourself to the limit!
