AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155)
  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 20 Wall Balls (20/14)

Notes:
- Choose a weight for the deadlifts that allows you to complete the 10 reps unbroken for at least the first few rounds.
- Scale the pull-ups to jumping pull-ups or ring rows if needed.
- Aim to keep a steady pace throughout the 20 minutes to maximize rounds and reps.
