  • 15 Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the row, deadlifts, and box jumps. Keep a steady pace on the rower to conserve energy for the deadlifts and box jumps. Scale the weight and height as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
